We deliver and set up your greeting the morning of your special day. 

We will pick up the greeting the morning after your event. 

We try to accommodate everyone’s schedules, so when available, special arrangements can be made.

Payment

Once we have reviewed your booking request and confirmed your order, we will email you an invoice where you can pay with any major credit card. 

Payments are due upon receipt of invoice to hold your date.

(If paying with PayPal, a PayPal account is NOT required).

By placing an order with Feel Good Yard Cards, you agree to the following rental policies. 

Rental Policy

  • Payment is required at booking in order to confirm and hold your reservation.
  • For the safety of everyone, please do not play on or around the greeting.
  • Please do not remove or re-arrange any signs, including our advertising sign.  
  • Please water your yard the night before your event in order for us to get the greeting in the ground.
  • We take photos of the greetings on your yard, if you do not wish for us to use them on our website, and in social media, please let us know.
  • Please do not dispose of any signs.
  • Please cancel lawn services while the greeting is installed.
  • If negligent damage occurs to any signs (dogs, moving, weed eaters, etc.), you may be invoiced for replacements.
  • Feel Good Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.

Refund Policy

  • If you have to cancel your booking, you can choose to receive half of the booking fee as a refund, or you can credit the full fee toward a future booking.
  • In the event of inclement weather we may not be able to set up the greeting. You will receive a full refund in this case.
  • No refunds will be given in the following scenarios:
    • We are given the incorrect delivery address
    • The recipient of a gifted greeting asks us to remove the greeting
    • We are denied access to a gated community
    • If animals prevent us from delivery or any circumstances that prevents us from delivery that are out of our control
  • A $25 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to remove, move and re-setup a greeting at the correct address.  This also applies if we are unable to gain access to your property and must return at a later time/day to install
